It is amazing what happens when we redirect our energy from holding on to the pain to offering a gift from the heart.
What if we remembered that forgiveness is a choice? Then if I choose to not forgive you and hold on to the pain, anger, hurt, blame, resentment, and other feelings then that too is a choice. Today may we choose to forgive.
